Terms of Sale for Digital Products

Where our products are sold

Our digital products, such as the Spain Master Checklist, the checklist packs and the Notion and Excel planners, are sold through Gumroad and through our Etsy shop. Gumroad sells on our behalf as merchant of record and handles payment and sales taxes. On Etsy, you buy from our shop and Etsy processes payment and VAT. The platform’s own terms also apply to your purchase.

What you get

• PDF packs: printable files in A4 and US Letter sizes, with tick boxes you can fill in on screen.

• Excel planner: a workbook for Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Notion planner: a link that lets you duplicate the template into your own free Notion account. Your copy is private to you; we can’t see it.

Files are delivered straight away by the platform. Nothing is posted to you.

Licence

When you buy, you get a personal licence to use the product for yourself and your household. Please don’t share, resell, upload or republish the files or the template, in full or in part.

Your right to cancel

EU and UK consumers normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once the download or duplication starts, if you agreed to immediate delivery at checkout.

Our refund promise

If a file won’t open, is missing, or isn’t what the listing described, email hello@howtoliveinspain.com within 14 days of buying. We’ll fix it or refund you in full.

Accuracy and updates

Each product shows the date its information was checked. Rules and fees in Spain change, so confirm each step with the official source before you act. Products are general information, not legal, tax or immigration advice.
