Quick answer

Moving to Spain takes about six months of preparation for non-EU citizens. Start with your visa route and budget, then get documents apostilled, buy health insurance and apply at your consulate. After you arrive, register on the padrón, get your TIE within a month, open a bank account, get a social security number if you’ll work, and register for healthcare.
